Residency Information:
All potential owners/residents/renters must complete an application and appropriate background screening for their desired type of residency.

You must read the Rules & Regulations + Board Resolution before completing an application. You will be signing forms that state that you received, understand
and will follow the park rules.

Francis I Mobile Estates is a 55+ retirement community. Our park documents require at least one person of a couple to be over 55 years of age and both residents must be over 45 years of age. Maximum of 2 people per unit.
Proof of age is required with the application. This can include a state or federal issued document (such as driver's license or passport)
The application cost $50 per person (US) & $100 per person (Canada). We accept US checks or money orders only.
All prospective tenants are required to complete an application and be approved for residency.
All homes that are sold without this application are subject to eviction.
