Please remember, Board members are not to be contacted at their homes. All concerns and issues MUST COME THROUGH THE OFFICE. This enables us to make sure your concerns are heard and not lost in the shuffle.

Below is the schedule for Regular Board Meetings. It does not include Budget Approval, Annual or Special Meetings. Amenities Board meets on the second Tuesdy of the month. Cooperative Board meetings on the fourth Tuesday of the month.
Deadline for al issues to be placed on the next Agenda is one week PRIOR to the scheduled meeting date. Any issues that arise after that will be placed on the Agenda for the next regularly scheduled meeting.
If there are no items on the Agenda, the meeting will be cancelled and Directors notified.
