Our Park features several amenities for your enjoyment:
Heated Pool - We have a large pool that is heated year-round. Enjoy swimming outdoors in the middle of winter!
Shuffleboard Courts - We have 6 shuffleboard courts next to our clubhouse. Chances are you'll be able to pick up a game most nights!
Laundry Room - We have a laundry room attached to the clubhouse, with it's very own entrance. You can reach this door by the shuffleboard courts.
Lending Library - We now have an honor system lending library in the clubhouse. Our residents have started adding their contributions!
Large Pet Exercise Area - We have an area set aside where you can take your dog to get some excercise. In order for everyone to enjoy this area, please remeber to pick up after your pet and comply with the Highlands County Leash Law. This grassy area is located off Pepper Drive.
