Reservation Procedure
- All reservations must be arranged through the office.
- A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your site.
- The deposit will be applied to your first month's rent.
- Rentals are on a first-come, first served basis.
- Mailbox key deposit is $25.00 and refunded at the time the key is returned.
- If you wish to secure a site, please contact the office at 863-385-0981.
RV Rental is on a first come-first served basis. Once a deposit is received, the renter will be locked into that specific space with no changes in location. You will also be locked into a specific time period. You will be billed for the dates they are reserving for, so please choose your dates carefully.
RV Park Rules & Policies Effective March 22, 2007
In addition to the regular park Rules & Regulations, the following are in effect for the RV Campsites.
Quiet Please campers are asked to be reasonably quiet between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Messages Messages will be brought to your campsite on an emergency basis only.
Mail Please have your mail sent to your site, and not to the park office. Each lot has a specific mailing address.
Laundry The laundry room is on the south-east side of the clubhouse. Restrooms and showers are available in the back of the clubhouse. Please clean up after yourself.
Washing RVs Washing of RVs and Cars is expressly prohibited. Year-round renters may wash RVs or Mobile Homes up to two (2) times per year. Residents are required to conserve water. Management reserves the right to adjust monthly rates if water conservation is not practiced.
Pets - We have a 2 pet limit. All pets must be leashed when they are outside. Please keep your neighbors in mind with pet-noise level. Pets are not allowed to be left outside when you are away from the unit. Please remember to pick up after your pet, and properly dispose of it. We have a large pet walking area/field along Stephen Drive. Your pets must be registered at the office. There is a one time registration fee of $5.00 per pet.
Guests All guests must be registered at the office upon arrival before entering the site.
Swimming Pool No lifeguards are ever on duty. Pool passes are $1.00 per person, and are available at the office. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area.
Housekeeping Please keep your site neat and tidy at all times. Management reserves the right of access onto any lot at all reasonable time for the purpose of inspection and/or maintenance.
Fires no ground fires are allowed on sites.
Campers Only one camping unit allowed per site (Tow care and screen rooms excluded). All units must be self contained. No tenting or man-made shelters are allowed.
Garbage All garbage must be in plastic bags and tied for pick up on designated days (currently Tuesday and Friday) by 8:00am. They cannot be place at the curb earlier than 12 hours prior.
Speed Limit The speed limit throughout the entire park is 10 mph. Please observe this as well as all stop signs.
Francis I is dedicated to making the living experience in this park as good as possible. We expect everyones cooperation. Persons guilty of disorderly conduct or any type of vandalism will be forced to leave and subject to prosecution. Management reserves the right to make any changes in rules and regulations at any time.
Our open office hours are Monday through Friday, currently 9:00am to Noon. The park office reserves the right to deny rental as determined by their policies.
