Francis I Mobile Estates is conveniently located just off US 27 at Sebring Drive.  As a 55+ retirement community, Francis I is the perfect place to call home.  Amenities include a clubhouse, heated pool, laundry room, and shuffleboard courts.  Meet your neighbors at our weekly coffee hour, try one of our painting classes, even stay healthy with Tai Chi! We have something for everyone!

We have lots for both sale and rent, plus an RV area in case your travelling friends would like to visit.
